Mechanic Seeks Refund From Amazon and 3rd Party Seller

Bill, a local mechanic agreed to help his friend with a headlight repair. When the headlight he purchased, from an Amazon third party seller, started to fog up he just wanted the company to honor their advertised warranty. After Amazon told Bill they couldn’t help, he reached out to NBC10 Responds reporter Harry Hairston.
