Man fights for refund from Ring after overpaying bills for months

One NBC10 viewer said he was pretty happy when he heard he was going to get a refund from Ring after overpaying on his monthly bill. But, then he couldn’t get the money he was owed. NBC10 Responds reporter Tracy Davidson has the story.
