Judge rules Philly POPS must pay former performers unpaid wages

A judge has ruled that the Philly POPS organization must pay its former musicians hundreds of thousands of dollars in unpaid wages. It’s a story NBC10 Responds has been following since March when the union that represents the POPS musicians filed a lawsuit claiming they were not paid for a holiday performance.
