City-Funded Curfew Centers Take in Very Few Curfew Violators

Very few juvenile curfew violators in Philadelphia have been taken to two city-funded curfew centers since the beginning of the year, the NBC10 Investigators found. The city is already paying two organizations $650,000 to run the existing curfew centers, and plans to open two more, Philadelphia officials told reporter Claudia Vargas.
