Philly police to get 200 new license plate readers amid questions about efficiency, privacy 

Automatic license plate readers have had little effect in preventing stolen vehicles in Philadelphia, the NBC10 Investigators discovered. Despite this, police are still getting 200 more. NBC10’s Claudia Vargas has the story.
