Philly Live's Aunyea Lachelle talks to Eagles strength trainer Eddie Grayer about how to get back to working out if the pandemic has interrupted your training.

At 5 p.m., acclaimed chef Walter Staib of City Tavern presented the Founding Fathers' Sunday Supper! Staib gave a glimpse of what our nation's Founding Fathers ate during the time of the first Independence Day. Along with the history and creation of each dish, Staib helped viewers cook along! At the end of the day, viewers went to church in their living rooms with one of the most uplifting events of the festival, the Hymns & Harmony gospel concert! Zak Williams & 1/Akord performed and the event was hosted by WDAS’ Patty Jackson.
