The Roots Picnic Returns to Philly After COVID Hiatus

NBC10’s Katy Zachry is in Fairmount Park as final preps are underway for this weekend’s The Roots Picnic. Ahead of the festival, Mural Arts Philadelphia unveiled a Tariq “Black Thought” Trotter mural.
