‘A passion for fashion': Student designers in spotlight at Philly Fashion Week show

Philly Fashion Week — a weeklong affair featuring a variety of events — is underway. Young designers will showcase their looks at a student runway contest Thursday night hosted at Fashion District Philadelphia. NBC10’s Siobhan McGirl has a preview of some of the designs.
