Philly Live’s Sheila Watko’s heads to Radiant Heart Yoga & Wellness Center in Broomall, Pennsylvania, to check out four different types of yoga classes being offered by Janira Ramirez Melo. An upcoming yoga for a cause event will include cats as it benefits Stray Kitty Rescue.
