Project 440 works to provide music education for Philadelphia high school students

Project 440 is hitting just the right note when it comes to providing free after-school music-based programs for Philadelphia high school students. And this summer, the non-profit is a finalist for the Wawa Foundation Hero Award, which comes with a $50,000 dollar prize.
