Pottstown Chef Brings the Flavor to ‘Stave and Stable'

Chef Hiram Quintana has brought inventive flavors to ‘Stave and Stable,’ a restaurant that opened in 2020 in the Montgomery County borough of Pottstown. It’s worth a trip, as Philly Live host Aunyea Lachelle found out.
