Calling all foodies! Founders of Philly restaurant Zahav release new cookbook

The co-founders of Zahav and the CookNSolo restaurant group have written a new cookbook inspired by their time cooking at home during the 2020 lockdown. The book “Zahav Home: Cooking for Friends & Family” is all about hearty, nourishing food with minimal prep work and cleanup. Philly Live’s Sheila Watko tried her hand at making two of the recipes.
