‘Christmas Express': Philly police Santa turns away ‘The Grinch' to bring joy to kids

Philadelphia police officers and city first responders drove the “Christmas Express” around the city Tuesday to bring joy to city kids during the holiday season. Even “the Grinch” couldn’t dampen this parade.
