‘He's our local guy.' Locals in Gov. Shapiro's hometown say they can see him on the national stage

Vice President Kamala Harris knows very well what it is like to be considered to be someone’s running mate. While she is not officially the nominee and hasn’t said anything publicly about who she’s considering, there are many names floating around including Pa. Governor Josh Shapiro.
