With just eight days to go before voters hit the polls, Vice President Kamala Harris spent the day campaigning in Pennsylvania. She was joined by the Mayor Cherelle Parker and the Speaker of the House. NBC10’s Lauren Mayk has more from the stops she made that included a barber shop, a bookstore and a Puerto Rican restaurant.
