Federal judge blocks New Jersey ballot design

Voters in New Jersey might see a new ballot layout for the June primary. A federal judge blocked the state’s current primary ballot design after a lawsuit claimed the so-called “bar county lines section” was unconstitutional. NBC10’s Yukare Nakayama has more on the decision.
