Burlington Co., NJ, sees ‘unprecedented' voter turnout

Voters in Burlington County are waiting for up to four hours to vote at their polling places. However, there’s no problems with technology. Instead, it’s due to an increase in voter turnout. NBC10’s Siobhan McGirl has the story.
