Urgent need for adopters and fosters at ACCT Philly to help stop animals being put down

ACCT Philly took in 376 animals last week, about 140 of them dogs. Unfortunately, with not enough space the shelter is having to make difficult decisions and decide to put animals down. NBC10’s Frances Wang shares their plea for help from the community.
