NJ animal shelter hopes to find dogs, cats homes with $3 adoption fees

Ken  Sieranski tells NBC10’s Brenna Weick how New Jersey’s Homeward Bound Pet Adoption Center doesn’t have enough space for its cats and dogs so they are lowering adoption fee for many animals to just $3 this weekend.
