Local Pa. police department created their own animal shelter to help stray dogs get adopted

What happens when police officers find a stray animal but a shelter isn’t close by? One police department in Pennsylvania saw a need so they created their own shelter that’s working to dogs new forever homes. NBC10’s Deanna Durante reports.
