‘Gives life purpose and meaning': Father and daughter reflect on 1 year after adopting their dog

Matt Russo and his daughter Katie took advantage of NBC10’s ‘Clear the Shelters’ event last year and adopted their beloved dog Parker. The Russo’s rescued Parker from the Brandywine Valley SPCA and suggest anyone interested in adopting that they consider that shelter. NBC10’s Frances Wang has their story.
