It’s that time of the week when NBC10 helps Clear the Shelters! Meet Tiberius, a sweet and adorable boy who is looking for a fur-ever home. He is blind, but that doesn’t stop him from making sure he gets all the pets and cuddles. Tiberius is available for adoption through the Pennsylvania SPCA.
