Broad Street Run: $22 million goes into reconstruction of the road leading to the finish line

The Navy Yard is working on several new projects to create a lively community from new residential housing to more retail space. One of the projects completed so far includes a reconstruction of a road that leads to the finish line of the Broad Street Run. NBC10’s Frances Wang has more on the story.
