Accused carjacker shot, killed by police in Northeast Philly

Police in Philadelphia are investigating after seven officers shot and killed a man who was accused of carjacking a person and then leading officers on a chase that ended on Roosevelt Boulevard on Monday. NBC10’s Aaron Baskerville reports.
