A Delaware County Wal-Mart was evacuated for the second night in a row after another bomb threat, according to police.
A man accompanied by a woman walked into the Wal-Mart along the 600 block of Conchester Highway in Boothwyn Saturday around 6 p.m. and said he had a bomb, according to investigators. The man and woman then left the store.
The store was evacuated and police were called to the scene. No threat was found however and the scene was cleared.
The incident happened less than 24 hours after another bomb threat was made at the same Wal-Mart. A man called the store shortly before 10 p.m. Friday and said there was a bomb left there, according to police. Shortly after he then called a Rite-Aid about a mile away and claimed a bomb was left on the roof, authorities said.
Officers responded to the area and evacuated every store and several fast food restaurants. Roads in the area were also shut down. Responding police and K-9 units did not find any devices however.
No arrests have been made in any of the threats. The man who allegedly threatened the store Saturday is described as a heavy set male in his mid-30s wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt.
