Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams has put his house up for sale as he awaits trial on federal bribery charges that he illegally accepted gifts — including the $45,000 roof on the house in question.
Philly.com reports Thursday that Williams' wants $450,000 for the four-bedroom Overbrook house.
Williams' law license was suspended by the state Supreme Court earlier this month, and the city's Ethics Board fined his political action fund another $2,000 for allegedly failing to report nearly $12,000 in spending on last year's campaign finance report.
The board previously fined him $62,000 for accepting $175,000 worth of gifts that are at the center of a 23-count federal bribery and extortion indictment returned last month.
Federal prosecutors released a criminal information filing Wednesday that accuses one of the businessmen associated with Williams, Mohammad N. Ali, of bribery.
"From in or about July 2010 to in or about May 2015, defendant Mohammad N. Ali engaged in an arrangement with Williams pursuant to which defendant Ali would offer, confer, and agree to confer a stream of pecuniary benefits ("benefits") to Williams and [Williams' girlfriend], such as travel, money, and other things of value that were concealed from timely public disclosure by Williams and, as consideration and in exchange for these benefits, Williams would reciprocate by performing and agreeing to perform official acts on behalf of defendant Ali and by violating Williams' legal duties as specific opportunities arose," read the information document.
Some of the benefits prosecutors said Feasterville, Bucks County businessman Mohammad gave to Williams including a more than $6,000 trip for Williams and his girlfriend to the Dominican Republic, a Louis Vuitton tie, an iPad, a sofa, dinner, cash and other gifts.

In exchange, Williams allegedly helped keep one of Ali's friends out of prison and was requested to get Ali out of secondary screening at the airport.
Ali was also charged with failing to pays taxes on hundreds of thousands of dollars of income in 2012, feds said.
The document means that Ali likely plans to plead guilty and cooperate with investigators, reported Philly.com. They had no luck getting comment from Ali's lawyer.
Williams, a two-term Democrat, remains in office but isn't acting as an attorney in any case involving his office.
