Philadelphia Police arrested two men for allegedly beating up a SEPTA bus driver last month. The beating was caught on surveillance tape.
Carlos Misap, 18, of the 6300 block of Algon Street turned himself into police Friday.
Philly police named Misap and a 17-year-old juvenile as the suspects accused of beating up a SEPTA bus driver over a disputed fare of just a few bucks.
The juvenile was also arrested Friday near his home on the 2000 block of Anchor Street, said cops.
The two suspects allegedly attacked SEPTA driver Estebon Santiago while he was driving the Route 124 bus back on April 2. The suspects pummeled Santiago in the head, eye and face, said police.
