Raw Video: Guy in Fedora Opens Fire in Church's Chicken

A teenage employee was shot three times Sunday inside the fast-food restaurant along N Broad Street in North Philadelphia and Philadelphia Police say a man in his 50s or 60s, wearing a Fedora and all black, pulled the trigger.
