Ramsey: Philly's “Just a Great Town”

Cheesesteaks, the Phillies and people that love you back are part of the reason that Police Comissioner Charles Ramsey turned down a chance to return to his hometown of a Chicago, he says. But he also feels there is still work to be done in the City of Brotherly Love.
