A person was killed after a car overturned and caught fire on Roosevelt Boulevard Monday night in Northeast Philadelphia.
Police say the accident occurred on the Boulevard at Adams Avenue.
Crews are currently at the scene and northbound lanes of the Boulevard are shut down.
