Man Sentenced for Taping Women, Girls in Fitting Rooms

A suburban Philadelphia man has been sentenced to 18 to 36 months in state prison in what investigators had called one of the largest invasion of privacy cases in the region.

A judge Wednesday also designated 38-year-old Sean Moses a sexually violent predator and said he must register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.

Moses was arrested in March and pleaded guilty in June to invasion of privacy, loitering and prowling and sexual abuse of children.

Authorities say the Narberth man secretly recorded women and girls in fitting rooms, at the beach and through apartment windows.

Police say they started investigating in September 2014 when college students reported seeing a camera light in their window. Moses uploaded the video of the women on the Internet.
