A former supervisor in Pennsylvania's Department of Revenue is charged with sexually harassing a female employee for nearly two years.
Fifty-eight-year-old Albert Forlizzi II was arrested Monday in Harrisburg and faces charges including aggravated indecent assault, indecent exposure and unlawful restraint.
The woman alleges that Forlizzi's advances started in November 2011 and continued until August 2013. She told investigators she was afraid to complain because she feared losing her job.
Dauphin County District Attorney Edward Marsico said the woman's co-workers described a "hostile'' work environment and said Forlizzi bragged "about knowing people in high places'' and having others fired or arrested.
A Revenue Department spokeswoman said Forlizzi last day on the job was Sept. 30. She declined to elaborate.
A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 9.
