An investigation is underway following the fatal shooting of a man in North Philadelphia just after 11 p.m. Wednesday.
The incident occurred at the intersection of 19th and West Cumberland Streets.
Police say that a male victim was pronounced dead on the scene after suffering a gunshot wound to the head.
Police have not identified any suspects, although they do have a description. They say the gunman is a black male, 5 feet 10 inches. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt.
The victim’s identity has not been released.
