Firefighters battled a massive fire in South Philadelphia Wednesday afternoon.

On Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2024, Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker signed a bill that prohibits drivers from stopping, standing or parking on any dedicated Philadelphia bike lane and increases fines for those that do.
