Philadelphia Police homicide detectives are investigating the discovery of a body found early Monday morning in the Frankford section of Philadelphia.
Investigators told NBC10 the body is of a man who was dressed as a woman.
The body was found near a wooded area on Adams Avenue near Unity Street.
There's no word on the identity of the person or how they died.
