A fourth suspect has been identified in the alleged kidnapping of five children in New Jersey on July 17.
Investigators name 19-year-old Dyonte Smith as the fourth person involved in the incident.
Police say Smith, along with three other suspects (all of which have been arrested), approached a house on Rittenhouse Drive in Willingboro, N.J. and kidnapped five juveniles -- ranging in age from 11 to 15 -- who were sitting on the porch of the home.
The suspects then took the kids to a house two doors down, physically assaulted them and taped up their hands, feet and mouths, according to investigators.
The suspects are also accused of holding a knife to the neck of one of the victims and carrying another victim outside and tying him to a tree with a dog leash.
One of the kids managed to escape and alert a parent.
Police say the suspects ran away when they saw the parents coming.
